Benzos diazepam question

From a recent surgery, had some prescription diazepam 5mg that were medium-sized orange pills...those are gone.

Saw some recently in Mex that were generic in a blister pack...tiny white pills but blister pack said 10mg diazepam.

Does that sound right? Granted any pill can have any amount in it, but would US prescription pills have that much more filler in them than the Mex ones?

Always cautious with "prescription" meds from Mex.
 
I've not had mexican benzos before but have bought both diazepam (5mg) and alprazolam (1mg) from Thailand - in a pharmacy - and the pills were tiny compared to the british ones, but I can assure you they worked!

Like you say, a pill can have any amount in it, 5mg/10mg are tiny quantities when you weigh them out, so pill size isn't really an indication of anything. I'm not sure as to why there would be more filler, I just wanted you to know I had the same concerns once and the pills were legit!
