Diazepam, morphine & codeine solution combined

Ok I am a long term user of tramadol I have a high tolerance to it and also diazepam. Recently I have been using tramadol codeine and diazepam. My question is if I add morphine sulfate to this say 30mg is this safe or a major risk ? Hearing different things.
