Benzos Diazepam - Its fine. it does the job. why do many people bad about it?

I'll just chime in. I usally don't use benzos for sleep but traditional meds haven't worked. I got some benzos to fall asleep. Did them all, couldn't help myself. That's why benzo's are bad for sleep. I did sooo many with the alc I drank I could have died. It's been years since I regularly used benzo. I had em, I ate. Thank god I'm okay.

Don't let benzos become a solution to any problem or this kinda horrible shit will happen to you.
 
the psych tried to give me mirtazapine to reduce my oh-my-god huge 20mg valium a day and .5mg xanax prn (get a mere 15 of them a month) and it gave me arrhytmia that woke me up from my bed, no thanks, I know this isn't typical but eh, I'm not a typical patient.
