My husband wants to get high on valium. I don't know what dose to tell him to take.. he has no benzo tolerance... he took 15mg?... what do you suggest?
15 is fine, he need to do a little more.
Depends on each person's body chemistry. The link in Vikingdon's post is a good guideline, but if "your husband's" benzo tolerance is high he'll need more than 20mg - possibly 30, and even then you don't really get "high" on valium. It just makes you loopy/sleepy. If he wants a high try something else.
Isn't loopy considered high? I mean if it alters your state of mind, than who is to say that he is not indeed "high"?
Let me clarify...sleepy to the point of losing motor function, stumbling, running into things, etc.
I would consider a "high" more of a euphoria - something like what an opiate would deliver. Benzos are hardly euphoric IMO.
Are people getting high off benzo's themselves or using them to boost effects of other substances?
Its an excellent question. Cause they sure don't make me high. Valium puts me right to sleep, and if I pop Xanax I'll end up out cold, face down in the carpet, snoring like Homer Simpson.
But when doing the 1.5-2mg like before with 70mg hydro...
Ahh yes, carpet surfing.. The only time I've really taken xanax and had preferred results is when I mix it with hydrocodone, and it's gotta be in the 1.5-2mg range.. I tried .75mg xanax and 70 mg hydro last night, didn't get the results I was looking for. But when doing the 1.5-2mg like before with 70mg hydro, I was extremely fucked up(which is good) but was on the verge of blackout! It's been a tricky thing trying to figure out just the right dose.
