diazepam codeine promethazine combo

hi I am new to this site and his friend at the bus stop was wondering if you had a reasonable tolerance to opiates but had a few days off them does your tolerance drop sharply it`s just swim took 390mg of pure codeine phosphate along with 50mg of promethazine at around 3 o clock I then took 10mg of diazepam at around 6 o clock and then after a long and stressful argument with his on/off girlfriend took another 25mg of diazepam at around 8 o clock to calm himself down but now however he is feeling some unusual effects such as nausea although hasn`t vomited yet his temperature also seems really high but not sure if that`s down to stress other than that seem to be able to breath fine (shallow but fine) and was wondering if their is anyone out there who have had experiences with this combo and should I be worried? or any information at all really can find effects of 2 of them together online but not the effects of all 3 he also takes 20mg of escitaloplam per day for depression but he says that was first thing this morning peace out ppl and any advice would be greatly appreciated

imo mixing benzos and opiates are a bad mix, as benzos don't add to the opiate high and just make you closer to respiratory depression. whatever happened already happened anyway, just thought i share

past week i did this. 2.5mg clonazepam + 30mg IV morphine and then 120mg morphine oral spreaded over 2 hours. i wasn't high as fuck, but i was totally uncoordinated, passed out and woke up FREEZING, even though it was hot. my body temp was very low. not safe at all i believe

so i'd try to not combine benzos with opiates... just my 2 cents

Yes not a good idea but damage is done so I will give what advice I can from my own experience of almost this exact combination.

Nausea is normal, and puking may in fact help ease it. I found that eating something can help, and that most times my nausea is caused by an empty stomach. If you can eat then go for it, the worst that would happen is that you have something to throw back up. Too much info but true lol. Try something light, though last time I had a mc chicken and it went down ok.

As for the heat thingy well I also feel this but I put it down to the drugs. They make you feel warmer. But if worried take your temp and if its high and youre still worried try some simple paracetamol or ibuprofen at the recommended dose.

Things to look out for are really pronounced drowsiness. As in you really can't stay awake if you try. Drowsiness is a given but if really worried have someone there while you nap to watch out and if while you are asleep something does go wrong make sure they know how to get you immediate medical attention. Also good to let them know exactly what you have taken so medical staff will know exactly what to do.

Other than that you should be ok. Just next time perhaps be a little more careful with your doses so you don't get worried and do some research on the different chemicals you are taking. And know how each affects you individually before combining and always take less when combining. Or avoid downer combinations totally, which is my recommended advice.

thanks for the replies I ended up just sleeping it off and was ok think it was just stress after arguing which obviously gets your heart rate etc going since then swim has done 420mg of codeine and 50mg of diazepam in divided doses over the course of 4-5 hours but changed the anti histamine to 10mg of loratadine which makes for a much smoother and relaxed time btw if you have a small opiate or benzo tolerance don`t go any where near these dosage levels but if your looking for a good time I find loratadine a way under valued anti histamine dosen`t potentate just takes away all the nasty side affects and allows for a much nicer high from this combo this is my experience anyway and thought I`d share as swim has had much valuable advice from this forum in the past peace out and respect to all who keep this website going

Awesome to hear you pulled up alright mate. My fave is the dihydrocodeine-xanax-promethazine combo but you need a strong antihistamine for dihydrocodeine. The itch turns into a burn otherwise its nuts! Again I really don't recommend this combination, I'm a total nutter. Do as I say not as I do lol.

last time I had dihydrocodeine I hadn`t discovered this website so just popped a few to chill it`s a nice opiate until you become to tolerant to it never tried anti histamine`s with them as for xanax the only benzo`s you can really get off the doc in the UK in my experience is temazepam which is pretty shit in my opinion and diazepam obviously you get the z drugs as well my favorite being zopiclone as it lasts longer pop 2 and it gets you were you want to be for a good few hours my uncle gave me a couple of nitrazepam 5mg last year on my birthday as he`s been on them for years and gets all the top shelf stuff without any hassle from the doc and I can say hand on heart nitrazepam is one of the best drugs I`ve ever taken including the illegal ones it`s hard to describe but I was tripping like fuck and it lasted nearly a full day off 2 pills and really good shit always asking the doc for them without success and of course my uncle is a greedy fucker and guards them well as they`re like goldust peace out people great to be a part of the community probably read hundreds of posts as theirs always been an answer to everything I needed to know until that time peace out people
