diazepam and tramadol safe to mix??

No problem. Basic Drug discussion is the best place for simple dosing questions and simple drug combos.
Mixing benzos and opiates without tolerance is a little dangerous and as a first time experience is definitely not recommended. That being said they are not the strongest of opiates but still you don't know how you might have a bad reaction on one never mind compounded with another.
I would recommend splitting the opiates down the middle and taking 75mg each to start. You might get a nice gentle buzz off of it and at the very least should feel something. Then once that has worn off in several hours switch over to the benzos. You'll want somebody to confirm this but I think 5mg of vallium each to start would be appropriate with an option to move up to 10mg seeing how you feel after an hour.
Stay safe and always start low and build your way up.

thanks for the advice 
ended up taking 10mg of valium each, then another 2.5g each after going to get a gram of weed. came back had the two tramadol each then my friend W had half in a capsule and i snorted half of one. smoked 2 joints then did a cold water extraction and had 150mg of codine each. redosed 150mg a few hours later after another joint. good evening

Snorting tram honestly won't do anything more than swallowing it I've taken the stuff for years and tried it all, although if u are after faster onset which I always am then tip the capsules out into a shot glass and get rid of the plastic, fill ur mouth with water, hold ur nose to kill the taste lol and throw back the shot glass of tram an swallow, make sure u get anything left out of the glass though. CWE of 150mg codeine ohh I miss those days I don't want to admit how much I CWE and it felt so much better in the early years u never get that back lol but enough whining, codeine is the greatest and whoever worked out CWE needs a medal haha ahh opiates
