So last night swim took roughly 85 mg of Diazepam over r the course of 4 to 6 hours around 6pm until 11pm feeling slight euphoria. Swim has a decently high benzo tolerance and can take multiple xanax 8 mg or so while still being able to function. Swim is having elbow issues today and has oxcodone 5mg and hydroxodone 5/325 from older presceiptions. Can swim take 15mg of oxy or 20mg of hydro today or will the Diazepam from last night affect CNS? Swim would like to recreationally use a relative dose of either opiate but is worried about the harm from the high half life of the Diazepam. Help with advice and tips please!

For the sake of HR leave out one opioid and decrease the dose of the other maybe by 5mg and you'll be safe. There is a chance it can interact providing the long half life of diazepam especially such a high dose will still be metabolizing.

Please edit out the "swim" because we don't allow this here. If you were taking the two at the same time, I would be concerned because of the valium dosage. But it should be alright for now.
