10mg val lasrt night, 10mg val 9am today....alright to take codeine now? Would normally take 210mg but am prepared to reduce that to 90mg. Someone tell me that's safe, I won't die etc. Can't think straight. Simple question, please help.

You'll be absolutely fine, no need to worry I wouldn't take more valium though. If you have some tolerance to codeine 210 mg is safe, if not I would maybe take 150 mg just to be absolutely sure although I doubt 210 mg would be dangerous anyway.

It says DHC. I take it that's dihydrocodiene??

I'm just clarifying in case anyone thinks that's the same as codiene, which often has paracetamol in the mix. That would be a dodgy dose.

Since it's DHC/diffs we're talking about, the valium might make you feel a little more fuzzy but it shouldn't be a problem. You'll get a sleep I reckon...lol
