diamorphine+xanax+tramadol

I have kinda a nod going on, took heroin (smoked/snorted) and a little of tramadol (just 25mg). Can i add 0.25mg of xanax to the mix, without dying nor passing out? 0.25mg is a low dosage and shoudln't be dangerous, right?

Update: took it, feeling better but the nod went away. Kinda wondering the amount that would make me passing out... hmmm probably more than 10/20 mg
 
How much "diamorphine" did you take. If it's a little than it might not be dangerous. 25mg of tramadol and .25 of xanax isn't that high of a dose, though if your fucking high as fuck on h it could push it into the danger zone.

Why call it diamorphine? You'd be technically right, but the name diamorphine is usually for prescription heroin, not street H. Also what kind of heroin is it? If you're in Europe, Africa or some parts of Asia it's usually freebase heroin for smoking, not as good to snort. If you're in East Asia, Canada(I think) or the east coast US it's usually heroin hydrochloride. It's good to snort, tend to burn up and be less effective smoked. And if you're west of the Mississippi in the US it's black tar heroin or mud(tar cut into a powder). It can be smoked or snorted.
 
I am on south Europe, so it's brown. There is also another type here: white heroin, which is actually yellow and is a senegal-african type of heroin (composition is unknown, but i was once told it has some benzos and barbiturics on it). Weirdly it's like nobody knows about its existence (on the internet)
 
taking another 50mg of tramadol, 0.75 of xanax; also smoking some more heroin... then sleep
 
Well, i'd advise against doing any more xanax, but I guess that doesn't count for much if you've already eaten it.

That African dope might be Burmese heroin hydrochloride. West African drug traffickers sometimes smuggle it. It's sometimes cut with barbiturates. Also Afghanistan does make some white heroin; West African gangsters smuggle that too.

BDD is a harm reduction forum for specific questions and answers about drugs, not really for chatting about the quality of heroin in a particular region.
