DHC first time dose

Got a tolerance to Codeine of about 600mg, daily usage. Never tried Dihydrocodeine before. What would be the ideal dose?
 
Well, iirc DHC is around twice as potent as codeine, so I'd say start with around 200 and work your way up

Anyway, OD -> BDD
