Dhc df118's or dhc continus

Whats the best of of these 2?

I m hoping im to not have to do a CWE...

I can either get the instant release (F118'S) in 40 mg or the DHC continus in 120mg.

Continus have more milligrams and the ER can be broken, so the it's the obvious choice here.
