Opioids DHC CWE and making it as safe as possible

I know this has been covered so many times, but ive grown really fond of dhc lately, but i can only use t shirts as filters and im sure its letting quite a bit of paracetamol through.

What i do is crush all the pills up, put in 50-100ml of water, and leave it for a while, then put it in a fridge for 20 mins or so.

Then pour through an old thin t shirt once or twice, the soloution is cloudy but ive been told with paramol (uk DHC) thats normal with fillers binders, i get a great high off it.

Any tips for getting the best amount of codeine through? A t shirt is obviously the worst part, will normal supermarkets sell coffee filters?

I also have these things ,their like very thin paper, the sort of things you can make cones with, could try that. But any reason do co op sell them sort of things?

Basiclly as im doing this 2 days in a row, i really dont want to strain my liver and want to do as safe as possible, so any tips welcome, thank you

(or point me to mega threads, although they are usually full of idiots giving conflicting advice).

Using less water will help reduce the amount of insolubles getting through but 50ml is a good amount. Assuming you are doing this with over the counter drugs, another thing you can do is switch between APAP, aspirin, and ibu as the additional drug. That way you reduce strain on your liver by breaking it up onto your stomach and intenstines. Aspirin is even less soluble than APAP but is dangerous in lower amounts.

Although you don't like megathreads (I might add that the alternative is every single person getting their own personal thread which, although a personalized thread is better for you, results in hundreds of times the work for everyone helping you ) I'll point you to the most recent posts there which show how to use mls of water to get 90% codeine and less than a few mg of APAP.

I had a problem with regular coffee filters when I did codeine. They used to break up when filling in the cold water solution into it. I found it useful to use same filters they use in laboratories when doing experiments. You can get them from pharmacies here in Finland or Internet stores that sell laboratory equipments. Remember to use the micron rate that lets dhc through but blocks APAP.

Coffee filters generally suck for CWEs. I suggest using a regular cotton t-shirt as a filter. It lets water through much faster but for this purpose is easily as effective at removing the insoluble acetaminophen. As well, for most people it's probably safer because you don't have to wait as much time for the solution to finish filtering - which means the water that is still in suspension (unfiltered) will be colder as you squeeze the rest out.
