DHA plus Tyrosine in your coffee.

Just this combination of 2 has helped me tremendously....coming off from Dilaudid.

DHA, non-fish brand. DHA is also the main ingredient in breast milk. I use Martek Life's. All vegetarian, but smells just a little like seaweed.

L-Tyrosine. omg, so PO'd it took me this look to discover this. This amino acid is the most popular / natural dopamine booster. I usually just take it in powder form, but this morning put it in my coffee...and I love it. Dreamy, feel good, motivated feeling..all natural.

Tramadol works good as well for detox, but it's prescription. You get no high at all from Tramadol. (u get more from above combo) If you just have Tramadol, about 400 to 600 mg's a day helps withdrawal feelings about 70%. (everything...from the overly sadness feeling to the nausea, sweating, etc)

EDIT : incase the thread sounds confusing, I ONLY recommend Tyrosine in the coffeee...NOT DHA. Take that one in pill form.
 
You should also trying some l-theanine in the mix, it's known to attenuate the side-effects from drinking coffee. Less nerves, more good effects!

dude, I got that one in powder form too. It's ok, but my body seems to get used to it. That's the main ingredient in green tea too. I'll try adding the theanine to the coffee as well at same time.

Thanks though, these amino acids seem most beneficial. But DHA helps good too. No fishy aftertaste with the one I get.

Got a ton of computer work done yesterday as well, when I usually feel drained / sluggish from just doing a little. Even the dude at GNC was like "don't bother with the pre-workout sugar drinks"... our bodies get used to all that junk.
 
Be sure to add the right amount of theanine. For me, a smaller amount picks me up & adds a relaxing focus, but too much makes me want to take a nap.
