Dextromethorphan/DXM in UK/EU

Does anyone have any Dextromethorphan stories?

My friend said he finds it superior to other dissociatives, with it being very pro-social in smaller doses and very trippy in higher doses. It appears to retain that classic anti-depressant after-effect that other similar things have (Ket, MXE, MXP etc.)

My friend rates DXM as one of the best. He said it has a good duration, is manageable and it doesn't leave you as 'vulnerable' as Ket does. Although it is still very trippy!

DXM didn't sit too well with me. I tried it twice. The first dose was 300mg, which caused diarrhoea. I put this down to the sorbitol in the medicine. My next dose was 1,000mg of powder. Again, this caused diarrhoea and the high itself really wasn't that pleasant or interesting for me. I would maybe put this down to the fact that I had been indulging in a lot of MXE at the time and only took my DXM once the MXE had run out. It's really hard to live up to MXE.

I have heard lots of people speak very favourably of it so it was maybe my set & setting, or it just doesn't agree with me maybe.
