Dextromethorphan (DXM) First Plateau Help

I'm trying to hit the first plateau. I've done second plateau a couple times and I heard that the first is a bit different and I would like to experience it. I'm trying to hit a SOLID first plateau. I weight 178 pounds, give or take 2 pounds depending on the day. I will be using Robitussin Long Acting Cough Syrup which is 15mg DXM for each 5ml and nothing else, although it does say it's 1.4% alcohol by volume aswell but that won't play the slightest role imo. So the question is, how much in mg would I need to take to reach a SOLID first plateau?
 
Well that's a big range. About 70mg difference. And the recommended dose to hit that plateau is actually very low second plateau.
 
well, not to sound like a dick here, but it sounds like you have a pretty good idea of the dosage then, so what exactly do you need to know? it seems like you already know the recommended plateau doses.
 
121-201 MGS, but it recommends 218... I don't get that. I guess I'll just do 180, and then 170 another day. Maybe 190 and 160? :l
