Dextromethorphan Dosage.

It's my 1st time with Dextroamphetamine <mod note: you mean dextromethorphan not dextroamphetamine, they're totally unrelated drugs with very different effects> and i was wondering about the maximum safe dosage, and is it OK if it combined with Gabapentin ?

It kind of strikes me as odd when people ask for the maximum safe dose of drugs. Let's assume the dose it takes to overdose is 300 milligrams, are you going to do 299 milligrams, obviously not. Instead, ask for a safe dose for a beginner even though this answer can vary from person to person.

With dextroamphetamine I would start at 10-20 milligrams and titrate up to a maximum of 30 milligrams if needed. Yes, it is perfectly fine for you to take it with gabapentin, as a matter of fact they hold wonderful synergy together.
 
It is safe to mix gabapentin with dextroamphetamine/dexamphetamine/Dexedrine.

As mentioned, you're not going to want to go above 30mg your first time. Less is more. If you have zero experience, 5-10mg instant release (IR) is all you'll need. Take 5mg and wait an hour, see how you feel, if you like it, then take another 5mg.
 
Pregabalin (lyrica) and gabapentin are very similar drugs. Pregabalin is a lot more potent though.
 
He's not filling up a needle, or using a needle to begin with, harm reduction homeslice.
 
It's a tab called Vegaskine

chlorpheniramine 2mg
acetyl salicylic acid 300mg
caffeine 25mg
paracetamol 200mg
dextromethorphane 5mg
 
Those pills are garbage. Way too much APAP and aspirin to safely get to a recreational dose of dextromethorphan.

Do not consume.
 
These pills have many active ingredients, DXM being the only one you're looking for. If you take enough pills to attain recreational effects from the DXM, the undesired active ingredients will have reached unpleasant/dangerous levels.

so that's harmful or recreational ?

dude i have been taking amphetamines for years and i still only need 10mgs addyIR(or 25mg vyvanse) to feel the effects, and 20-30mgs aderall IR (OR 60-90mgs vyvanse) to get geeked. in fact, today i took 30mg vyvanse with kratom, valium, and oxycodone; i feel actually really speedy at the moment. i think the kratom synergizes well with amphetamine; the intensity makes me feel as if i took 60mgs of vyvanse this morning instead of 30mg. amphetamines/cocaine/methylphenidate and their derivatives exponentially increase the euhporia (synaptic dopmaine levels) of opiates. i feel so faking good

my guess is if you are using adderall tabs (IR), start with 5-10mg. that will get you really really high and wont last as long as say 20-30mgs woul. the 10mg would last 8hours, and then you would come down, or atleast when i was an amp noob 10mg would last all day so 12+ hrs. even i took amp ( IR&XR adderall and vyvanse) early in the morning around 7-8am, and wouldn;t be able to sleep for 24+hrs without a benzo especially with XR adderall and vyvanse. the XR addy wasnt so bad when i learned how to crush up the beads, add water and drink to make the effects similar to IR Addy. however, if you take the 30-40+ mg of vyvanse expect to be awake for 24+ hours. hell, even with a benzo 30-60mgs vyvanse allows me to stay up to 5-7am to keep getting high. i just use vyvanse as a synergizer of opiates and to keep me from nodding out from oxycodone OR bupre, valium, hydroxyzine, and marijuana.

50mg is within therapeutic range when dealing with DXM and will not elicit recreational effects. Not only that, but the other ingredients will have reached undesirable levels.

The only way to use dextromethorphan recreationally is to source it from Dextromethorphan-only preparations. They are over the counter and easily accessible.

Not going to be fun, and you would be consuming a lot of aspirin, paracetamol and caffeine. As Venrak said, the only safe way to use dextromethorphan recreationally would be to use a product where the only active ingredient is dextromethorphan.
