I do dexie about every 10 days or so, and I've noticed that sometimes I get more high than other times. Last week I took four, today I took six, and I think it was more intense last week. Is there some strange stuff going on with the tolerance to this stuff that I don't know about? Or am I just imagining things?

Could be issues with tolerance, absorption, drug interaction, or placebo/psychosomatic.

Exactly. One of the things that people don't realize is amphetamines are effected by the pH of the stomach and digestive system. Having a more acidic system causes a noticable drop in the effectiveness of oral amphetamines, but having a more basic system has the opposite effect. Things like drinking soda, fruit juices, taking lots of vitamin C tablets, etc, can cause your system to be more acidic.

But, again, as amapola said, there are so many different things it could be.

If you don't eat enough, take vitamins, drink enough water, get enough exercise, and finally not sleeping enough, all of these negative things can further increase your tolerance indirectly by not allowing your brain to get enough recovery from using.
