Stimulants Dexedrine much better Adderall

I was on adderall, and i just could not handle the physical tension, and the comedown, so i switched to Dexedrine (D-amphetamine) strictly, and wow what a difference,, same euphoria, and i could still be calm, not crash with feelings of depression, heck if i wanted to i could fall asleep, HAIL DEXEDRINE, i am never going back to that nasty adderall.....anyone agree? and it seems that the dexedrine lasts a whole lot longer, and yes i have killed the time release and still after 24hrs feell effects. thats my opinion
 
^^ d-amp to me is notably smoother than any of its levo-amp salt counterparts that make up the adderall formulations for sure
 
dexedrine is much better....
the only time I'd want adderall more is when I want to not be able to sit still (or, for quick sublingual mini-rushes).

Dexedrine doesn't match adderalls body high, it blows it away...
 
I disagree.
Dexedrine doesn't treat ADD for me, and it doesn't give me euphoria. There is no crash and you can sleep on it for sure though.

I need my levoamphetamine to light a fire under my ass otherwise I do nothing.

To me, its a weaker stimulant that has much less side effects. I get both, and I strongly prefer Adderall.

I'm glad you found it enjoyable though!
 
I tended to do excessive exercise after taking Adderall. Hopefully Dexedrine or Vyvanse(??) would be better but Ritalin seems to be helping me concentrate enough for now, and also I have a history of psychotic episodes. At least I'll never have to take Wellbutrin again in my life though. I found it the most agitating (the longest I tried it was 4 months).

HOWEVER, about 10 years ago I got some great mental effects from Wellbutrin though (being able to plan up to 5 moves in advance rapidly on a board game). What would replicate those effects the most?? Desoxyn? 4-methyl-aminorex?

Adderal is a thermoregulator. It increases body temperature and in high doses, combined with excessive exercise and hot weather can lead to death.
 
Is there a chart that compares these two here? What amount of dexadrine = 20mg of adderal?

I agree that while I love the dexedrine euphoria it does not work as well for getting stuff done as other add meds. On dexedrine one moment I'm doing my homework the next I just chill and watch some tv. Ritalin euphoria isn't as good and its way more jittery, but I can powerhouse through homework all day long and never get bored.

I can't believe you people are saying dexedrine doesn't have a bad comedown. Its fucking agonizing! In all fairness though I do very high doses I never got much of a downside when I first experimented with them. I also usually drink with them.

And while I still have a very hard time sleeping on dexedrine, it is more possible than other amphs.
 
high doses, in my experience, or prolonged use everyday, as tolerance increases, i have experienced horrible comedowns and dysphoria...PROLONGED use, same goes with any amphetamine, adderall i never crashed on when first started doing it...when i kept doing it, then yeah, so me, as a long term amphetamine user, i found my peace with dexedrine. RXed, 15mg spansules, 3 month supply, going to increase when im due to see shrink
 
I'm glad someone else has seen the light. Since taking dex for the first time, adderall just seems like child's play. I think you mentioned it, but you, or I at least, can tolerate much higher equivalent doses of dexedrine without feeling all of those shitty PNS effects that adderall carries with it. It's great for getting high, but it's way easier to get too high to be productive. That said though, adderall's only merit is that it's unpleasant to get too high on it.
 
I would definitely agree dextroamphetamine is one of the best. It helps me get shit done, which is helpful as far as ADD goes. I don't find it very euphoric though. I may not have been prescribed amph, but whatever the mix amp/d-amp was and didn't find it helpful for use or abuse. I used to love methylphenidate and could concentrate, but now it just makes me act brain dead, not really able to figure out what to do.
Everyone's body chemstry's different..
