Dexedrine metabolizes Suboxone faster?

I'm tapering down on my suboxone dose and I'm down to 1 mg a day, but I've been trying to go as long as I can without taking one and only take it when I start getting the chills and aches. The longest I've been able to go is three days and that was pretty regular for awhile, until my doctor put me on dexedrine. I've had great results with it, but I swear I can't go as long without taking the subs. Is it possible that the dexedrine is causing me to metabolize the suboxone more quickly? thanks
