Dexedrine as a study aid. Need some help

Hi guys

I have a difficult exam Tuesday afternoon(goddamn finals) and i have 5 dexedrine pills (could get more if needed) and i want to use them as a study aid. But my question is, HOW? One every how many hours? How can i make sure that i can sleep? SHould i take some before the exam too?

I must mention that i am 20 years old,never taken dexedrine before but i have done cocaine 5-6 times, 77 kg, good health and i remember i had an ekg done and everything was ok. I haven't been formally diagnosed but i think i have ADD, at least i match all the symptoms. I want to take dexedrine so i can focus on what i'm reading. Also, i would expect improved memory and self-confidence.

Depending on where you live, I suggest you take 5mg of dexedrine in the morning and possibly go to 10mg. I'd split the doses in two, so 5mg when you wake up along with a meal, and 5mg at about 2-3pm dependent on when you wake up. Don't dose after 4pm latest if you want to sleep. If you have melatonin at hand that can be helpful for sleep too.

On your exam day yes I would take 5mg before your exam (depending how long it is, it should last long enough) and that's it. You will experience a slight euphoria if its your first time taking dex, but make sure you don't get distracted by it. Make sure you have your books in front of you to study with and no music playing. Music may interrupt your focus levels. Other than that I think you're good to go. Don't go splurging out and taking more unless its not having much effect and even so I wouldn't go beyond 15mg in a day. Don't drink caffeinated beverages and stick to water.
 
Take 10mg. dextroamphetamine before studying. Try to ignore any euphoria. The goal is to get a low enough dose that it makes studying easier yet does not give you the euphoria to do something else. Redose 10mg. after 4-6 hours for maximum effectiveness; however, don't redose more than twice. Don't exceed 30mg. in a 24-hour cycle. Take 10mg. before your exam.

I just don't think a 5mg. dose would cut it.

Would taking them every 4-6 hours until the exam be safe and effective? or will it make me paranoid?
 
Honestly try 5mg. Don't go overboard. If you take 10mg at once and it's too much you'll be experiencing euphoric effects rather than it's mind enhancing effects. You can always add another 5mg an hour later if it's not working as expected but 5mg for any first time user should be fine. Yes you can redose every 4-6 hours without paranoia - but leave at least 8-10 hours off the dex before you go to bed.

Don't even bother with 30mg for your first day. That's too much. You will be overstimulated and euphoric, and lose any benefit for concentration from the drug. You most likely won't be able to sleep that night either.

I've been taking dex for the past year and a half. I have ADHD and my starting dose was 5mg twice a day which worked fine for the first week in terms of concentration and focus boosting abilities.

I took 5mg one hour ago and it just made me feel sleepy.... what the fuck?

wait, it kicked in. i've been through half of what i need to study and it makes so much sense and i remember the dates and all....
