Stimulants Dexedrine + Adderall Combo. Anyone have experience with it?

Firstly; I'm asking for therapeutic usage primarily. Need the ability to be able to concentrate highly on what I'm doing, as well as a motivation boost.

I've got a monthly script for:

90x 10mg Dextroamphetamine Sulfate (Dexedrine IR)
60x 20mg Amphetamine ER (Adderall XR)

Haven't yet tried mixing the two; have only taken the Dex so far (which I seem to have a VERY high natural tolerance to. I've been taking 20mg at a time, and am considering bumping it up to 40mg).

Have never taken Addy XR, but have taken Addy IR (15-20mg per dose. Might have taken a whole 30mg wafer once, but not sure. 15mg IR is plenty for me to concentrate my ass off for 6-8 hrs)

However; Addy XR comedown sucks so bad, although I do have Klonopin for it. The Dex feels SO much "cleaner" and I have had ZERO side-effects or comedown (even taking maybe 80-100mg over 22 hrs or so), but like I said, natural tolerance seems very high. Adderall focus seems to be more direct, but overly so to the point of being very annoying with increasing doses.


I guess my questions, besides asking if anyone as tried this combo would be:

1.) What ratio would you use, or how would you dose it? Not going to ask for specific dosages, because that all varies... But feel free to chime in with your own experiences.

2.) As far as Adderall XR, what dosage would be the equivalent of IR? 2:1 (i.e. 40mg XR = 20mg IR)? Obviously, the mg for mg dose is the same. I'm asking purely effect-wise, not time-wise.

3.) Are the Teva generic Addy XR any good? I've got the orange capsules imprinted "M. Amphet Salts (chuckled when I saw actual drug name on a pill) 20mg". I've got the Barr 10mg Dex IR :-( They are all I could find (only one pharm had any Dex in stock).

I have had the Adderall XR generics that did say on the capsule (M. amphet salts), i feel they are the same as the brand name Adderall XR as it says Adderal XR on the capsule, there good generics...I was on the Dexedrine 15mg Spansule (barr) clear and brown capsules, i LOVED THEM(had to go to 6 pharmacies to actually find one that had them in stock, and thats te generic!good luck finding brand name GlaxoSmithkline) i think the barr generics are great IMO. I mean generics are a debatble issue, Generics from different comanies or not, It's still the same drug your getting (active ingredient), some generics may have different inactive ingredients but that shouldnt even make a difference, inerts unless your abusing the drug (sniffing, Shooting)
