Opioids Dexamethasone as a CYP2D6 inducer

Hi!

Would it be worth a try to take dexamethasone with codeine? Wikipedia says that dexamethasone is a CYP2D6 inducer with unspecified potency.

Systemic corticosteroids really aren't something to fuck around with. Lot of side effects (they regulate glucose handling, immune response, and have neuropsychiatric effects), and sustained use (even for like a week) is enough to suppress natural cortisol production, and must be slowly tapered down to avoid potentially deadly addisons disease type symptoms.

Not worth it to boost codeine demethylation.
