As far as lead, mercury, PCB, etc. those do all bioaccumulate, but none of these "detox" methods, doctrines, programs, kits, etc. mention anything about these bioaccumulative toxins nor do these detox reigmens have any viable chemical mechanism that could remove them from the body. Chelation therapy on the other hand is an "alternative medicine" type therapy that while very suspect, actually comes with an explanation of how it removes lead and mercury. Chelation therapy involves a lot of multi-hour sessions with an IV drip of EDTA stuck in your arm. You can't drink herbal tea to chelate the toxic metals from your brain tissue.
