wait, your detoxing from amps or alcohol? Amp w/d will get better. the physical factors will go away within 2 weeksish..for the most part. you might still have some effects, but mentaly its gonna take longer. i think im still a little wacko from my amp abuse and that was about 2 years ago.
 
I'm confused as well, the prefix you used was amphetamines. Are you talking about detoxing off amphetamines or alcohol or both...?

Amphetamine detox is safer than alcohol detox. Depending on the severity and frequency of your alcohol use, sudden alcohol detox without medical care/supervision could be very dangerous.

If anyone thinks they are dying from acute detox from any drug they should seek medical help.

I'm going to close this for now because I don't think it'll do any good open but OP please PM me (or any other mod) when you get back online to let us know you are okay. If this is more of a chronic problem you're struggling with I'll be more than happy to help you get a good thread posted where you can find some support.
