If you have insurance, they usually put contact numbers for substance abuse/mental health on the back of the card. If not, you could contact social services in your county and hopefully, they can steer you in the right direction. Moving to Sober Living.

See if you can find any needle exchanges in your area, or even your state (or the nearest city that has one). They almost always can provide very good references to facilities/detoxes/doctors who use buprenorphine.
Methadone clinics can also help sometimes, I mean in terms of pointing you in the direction of other organizations that provide buprenorphine for detoxing. Some methadone clinics actually provide buprenorphine/Suboxone detoxes themselves.
Looking for psychiatrists who prescribe Suboxone/Buprenorphine in your area/state can also help you by directing you to detox facilities that can provide it.
