Cocaine Detecting purity when Benzocaine is involved.

Benzo comes back when dropped, which sort of sucks for me. I haven't tried it but if it's similar to Lidocaine, then it becomes even more difficult as Lidocaine isn't acetone soluble meaning the wash and dropping will not tell me the truth if benzo is involved. At least the Lido wont come back.

Does benzo take longer to come back? I've seen some D come back so quick it damn near locked up on the fork.


About ten years ago I got some cut that you could drop alone and it would come back. Once it was hard/dropped if it was burned it smelled like burnt plastic(base). The one noticeable thing was that there were round crystal like patterns formed on the "flat" sides of it. I'm hoping that was benzocaine, because it was noticeable.

we're an international board remember and using slang terms is pointless as not everyone understands them, and one thing in one place can mean something totally different in another place.

I think you are talking about testing cocaine to see if it is cut with benzocaine or lidocaine?

I used those terms purposely to limit the amount of "advice" I received to people who have first hand knowledge.

I do this because of how I've seen Cocaine posts treated. I am not looking to receive more responses just accurate ones. I'd bet dollars to donuts Le Junk would understand everything in my post, while Yaga or whoever it was talking about QP's of coke (that's like saying 8balls of weed, it shows inexperience and helps people who at least know that avoid advice from those people) hopefully will not be. I don't want it to turn into a thread similar to the "How to Rerock" where people were giving advice ranging from just add baking soda and run it over to "Rerocking is cooking" <-which is it not.

But there is nothing worse than the FNG not taking advice from his seniors so I will say this. Here is a scenario.

You have an ounce of "Cocaine" you've found. You do not know this but half of this mixture is Cocaine , while half of it is Benzocaine. How do you become aware of how much Cocaine that ounce contains?
