In theory you should be able to freebase the pill or crush the thing up into a pipe.

I think the easiest method would be crystallization, you'd need 2 different solvents: one to dissolve the meth hcl and another to precipitate it. For the first one you could use 95% ethanol (methanol would be better since it doesn't absorb water as easily) and for the second one it depends on what you have access to (anhydrous acetone would be the easiest to find I think).

But unless you have a bunch of pills it won't be terribly efficient in terms of the final yield, and you won't get big shards or anything like that. There's only 5mg of meth per pill IIRC which is pretty low. If you want to smoke meth just get some crystal IMO, otherwise just eat the pills. Maybe you could consider snorting or plugging them but I don't know which fillers/binders they use in those pills.

Desoxyn is extremely rare, many people would be envious (including myself). But yeah you're working with 600mg of meth and many many grams of binders/fillers, it won't be easy unless you have the equipment to perform and acid/base extraction and a crystallization. It can be done for sure but you'll lose some meth in the process. There are other ways to do this, like via column chromatography, but it's not really something you can do at home.
Probably not worth the trouble.

I've heard some of the binders are added just to prevent people from doing extractions (making it harder to crystallize), but I'd have to re-check that.
