Hello everyone:) I have come to realize that ketamine in light doses is a great antidepressant. I know people use it to rave and stuff. But I have a lot of friends who want to try it. Their question is how does it feel like, what are the effects, duration, ect.. peace love

Start here, then read this.

There are some regulars in BDD and OD that have extensive experience with Ketamine, I'm sure they'll chime in soon, but those links should get you started. :)

Yea thanks a lot. I know all about erowid I was just wondering from personal experiances how someone would describe it on blue light. It's like when some asks me I say its a dissasociative and their like whats that and all. So I just want to be able to describe it easily lol. thx

It's a dissociative. To sum it up, it makes you uncoordinated and dreamy for a while. Some people hallucinate but in gegeral there's lots of perceptual disturbances.

It's nothing like the serotonergic psychedelia of shrooms/LSD/MDMA.

K'D-OUT-IN-AZ and jamshyd are the resident Ketamine experts on this site, I'm sure if you PM'd one of them they'd be more than willing to help you out. K'D out will probably see this later today, he tends to be on this subforum the most, jams isn't around basic drug discussion much though.

I know it is a dissociative, used mostly on animals. It is stolen from veterinary clinics frequently, but also made and imported frequently from countries like Mexico. It tends to have very different effects depending on the dose, seemingly acting like a whole different drug in different doses. In small doses it has shown to be an effective antidepressant, while in large doses, especially the "K-Hole" people have complete out of body experiences. There are of course a ton of levels in between there, all with different effects. It is usually sniffed, or injected through IM, because IV = instant K-Hole. That's the information I can give you that I know is factual, and I'll stop before I try to get too knowledgeable here and am corrected by K'D-OUT lol %) I myself am just an opiate guy, I really haven't tried very many drugs myself, so that's my limited knowledge for you :)
