Literally one of my nightmares. I have one dog who sometimes decides she doesn't want to eat, or only eat small amounts. This has played out over and over again, several times. It's possibly due to her period as she is not desexed.

My poor babe is near 17 ,looked great till last month, its her teeth,I offered everything soft,she just pounded down Vienna sausages, and some cheese for first time in near a week,so ooo much salt,but I m weighing it out,die starving or die with a belly full.Like us the body knows how to die,she's my girl blind in one eye,the other not much better,she jumps from bed to hope chest,barrels through doggy door,and goes potty when my other old girl needs potty pads,she's so pretty and tough I won't give a merciful end yet
