I ve already took a Clonazepam, it s late here in Brazil and I ve snorted like a couple of grams of coke so I don t think that coffee is a good idea :) I m experimenting with every opi I can get my hands on ( I can get anything but the one I love, oxys) but so far they are all disappointing:( Thanks or your input though:)

Yea I hear ya, I take tramadol for pain (I used to take roxicodone for pain so obviously it don’t compare) … when I feel like tramadol’s not working & I can’t get anything stronger (like hydromorphone) I take extra with clonazepam … the clonazepam helps assure me I won’t get the tremors or seizure from too much tramadol & the coffee helps with the stim effect of the tramadol … but yea if you’re doing perico you def probs don’t need it lol.
I know what you mean though sometimes it feels like the tramadol just doesn’t work … sometimes if you stack & stagger it it works better… like take some, wait an hour for it to be in your system & then take some more (like stacking) can help. I probably wouldn’t tell anyone that advice but you said you’re taking clonazepam there’s much less risk of seizure … for what it’s worth that’s what I do sometimes it works.
Anyways I'm prob just rambling here .. but yea if you in the future are not doing perico there’s a good combo for some reason for mood if you take clonazepam, tram & cafe.
Tonight I don’t have anything just kratom & clonazepam

I ve tried this route ( I m kinda cautious when I m trying something new even if I have a permatolerance to opis, just to give the idea even when I ve been clean for months I need at least 80 mgs of oxys to feel something)) up t0 300 mgs of Tramadol + some codeine, effects are kinda meh anyway. Tomorrow I ll give codeine another try, feel less dirty and slightly more euphoric. No hydromorphone here but I used to get oxys quite easily, now I can get anything (codeine, morphine, Tramadol) BUT oxys. Dunno whether God is trying to tell me something or if He´s taking the piss :) Good night to you dear!
