I want to meet UnSquare sheerly to see how he speaks in real life. I can't imagine holding an entire conversation in hilarity-ridden poetryesue banter, but i'd certainly be up to the challenge.

Meanwhile, the melbourne crew seems to be having a ball. Why arent there meetups like that in my neck of the woods!

What a fanfuckintastic weekend I had. Time to add some BLers to my list :D

Mary Poppins- I could have easily drank 17 beers with you rather than just 2 :\ Got along just as well in real life as on the internet IMHO. Thats always a good thing :D

Officer Chops- Good value this lad! I didn't spend as much time with BLers as I would have liked at Splendour (had things to do ;)) but I got the chance to have a bit of a shit speak to this guy, good times :D

Riot Grrrl- I occurred to me almost straight away that I'd never seen you smile before! Best grin ever! =D Wish I could have spent more time with you. My mofo mobile phone battery didn't help the cause either :\ Next time! :D

ok....time for me to organise my brain and give some insight into the notorious melbourne crew (well some of them anyway ;))

duckboy : HERR DOKTOR! this guy is absolutely wonderful, warm, witty with that pronounced fiendish streak that can only be encouraged by inhabiting the one and only casa del fiend! and did i mention he's tall?

deecee: had me giggling many times through out the night, a great dancer, and just a great guy to chat to also

iamtha1: was a gorgeous, inviting personality who had always had time to listen to you, laugh at/with you or herself and generally a lot of fun!

c0tb: has an air of sagacity beyond her years and pink fetish ;) someone who you could spend hours in conversation with, she seemed very balanced and switched on

onetwothreefour: i was so impressed with his gentle yet probing humour, his ability to be articulate on such an array of interesting topics, yet still be able to dissolve into a girlish giggle at any opportune moment. 1234 <3 Schnappi 4Eva! And did i mention he's even taller than duckboy?

magpi: every bit as interesting as i'd imagined and more, his crazy antics and genuine conversations were testament to his warm and creative spirit

miss slingshot: is a fantastic girl - i would almost have been intimidated with how cool she was, except that she was so easy to get along with. :)

raz: one of the great wits...he managed to find a way to usurp every conversation and lead it back on the track of joelene ;)...no...he was one of the easiest people to get to know and chat with, whether shouting about...this that or the other, or sharing something more personal.

shorza: such a gentle spirit, it was great to meet this guy, he was fantastic to chat to and had an endearingly quiet wit :)

potato: energetic, charasmatic, entertaining and incredibly intelligent...he injected life into everyone with his arrival.

fatz: was a bundle of laughs with a heart of gold, who kept everyone giggling with his madness and fun. go fatz-tv!

kemicalburn: what's with all you crackwhores saying this guy is nice? he's a bastard!!! no, i must admit, i'll agree i can detect the existence of a softness beneath that shell, but i don't know if i got the benefit of it. i will say i don't think i've ever been confronted head on with such intelligence, it certainly makes him one of the most fascinating people i know.

oh and also the lovely asha - not a bler (well not that shéd like to admit anyway ;)) but i was kept on my toes by her ahem, forthright nature, but loved every second of it. i love people who hold others and themselves to their own yardsticks. :)

a huge shoutout to pop popavich, muzby and 420star, who i had met before but thoroughly enjoyed all the time i got to spend getting to know them better over the weekend :).

twas lovely to meet you to girly. totally different to how i pictured you but youre gorgeous and it was a pleasure to show you the who's who of my now x melb company :p
