depression and reality

my first post...
i've fallen and i'm sinking fast
looking around at the many faces
of carefree happy people
for a hand to hold
someone to help
and no one cares
i fall into the depths of a deep sea
of hate and despair
mental and physical pain
that never seems to stop
i'm all alone
then i stop to look around me
and there they are, the one's without sadness
those who couldn't help me
surrounding me in the sea
they have problems too
