depressed poetry

I write a lot of poetry, but I seem to have lost my book, so I can't post much of it. As always, feedback is much appreciated.

the only problem that I find
I find within myself now
now that I fear you are gone forever
forever to roam without me from here
and here i find what i lost so long ago
my self confidence self will and self strength
and somehow i took that out on you.
my mistake has cost me heavily,
so that I cannot bear the burden of living
living without you and your love
love for me love for life and love for everyone
everyone that you ever met or helped
helped, especially me, you were my reason to go on
on to whatever I wanted whatever i chose whatever i needed
and now all I need is you
you and me

I don't know what hurts most, love we let go or when a love lets us go. Your words sting and uplift me at the same time. You have a talent that stirs up something deep inside. Now, the question is, do I deal with the stirring or let it lie. Keep writing. I'll keep watching.
