I was wondering if taking depressants such GHB or xanax to fight insomnia while on tren could neglect the effects of tren in any way? They probably slow down metabolism, but what else?

GHB may be actually beneficial cause it increases your gh...
Antihistamines may be a better choice than benzos.

Try phenegran (promethazine) @ 50mg a half hour before bed, shit knocks me out, or 100mg I can't remember, it was 2 small blue tabs anyway (25 or 50mg I can't remember) but don't drive the next morning it leaves you fucked lol.
Their antihistamines btw available from the pharm

Guido will suggest valerian root, but I tried it and it didn't work

Think its been covered on here before, from memory I don't think there's any evidence to show increase in hGH?
If it did any beneficial effects would be negated by elevations in cortisol, and prolactin...

On my lunch break tomorrow ill look for the study linking ghb and hgh. It may have been it just increases the amount released per pulse during sleep or it may have been more frequent pulses. It may be outdated/not from a reliable source so forgive me if I come up dry.

Narcotics and Trenbolone is a big no. All it will cause is dependence and you will end up having a violent mood swing.

Been there done that.

Try Valerian root or an OTC sleep aid with an anti-histamine as the primary ingredient.

No benefits. It was hype. Same was said about some opiod during the 1980's and 1990's, bodybuilders said it was great for reducing cortisol. Turned a lot of bodybuilders into junkies and messed up their bodies.

The only thing for raising HGH that works are legitimate peptides and FDA approved HGH. Nothing else.

Tren is supposed to lower cortisol and keeps it low. Perhaps even too much thus the side effects like anxiety and insomnia. Maybe this is why caffeine makes me feel so amazing (increases cortisol).

It's not unusual for me anymore to stay up the whole night in a pool of my own sweat from tren. GHB would seem like a good choice if its half-life was longer. I wouldn't take it for the GH release. I'd surely get hooked. Even taking it for sleep could not end well. I'm not sure if OTC meds would do much as it's rather bad. I usually feel tired during the day (unless I'm training of course) and get extremely energized during the night. My hands actually start trembling when that happens. Feeling a little scared and anxious. Try sleeping in that state!

If the sides are too much, lower the dosage. Start at 50mg, the minimum effective dose and slowly raise yourself up to the desired dose. Next, dose everyday with Trenbolone. ED. ED. ED. It will prevent hormone fluctuations and keep your levels stable. Lastly, dose before you go to bed. It works for me. You will still sweat, but you should be able to sleep.
