deodorant without aluminum?

I have always used the Old Spice Deodorant (not a anti-perspiration) that has something called Dipropylene Glycol as the main ingredient.. is this Dipropylene Glycol safe? It doesn't have any of that aluminum shit in it like a lot of the other deodorant/anti-perspiration...
