sleep paralysis is weird. I remember the first time experiencing it as a kid. It felt like i was sinking through quicksand. When i came-to i realized i was in a trance. I was probably 7 years old then; when I was older I woke up facing the window (which was behind my bed), but when a noise jolted me up I realized i had been lying down on my back. Apparently i had astral projected

It may seem like you astral projected, but your mind holds a 3d map of familiar surroundings that it can recreate at any time.
 


This exorcist has alot of information demons very intresting to see him relay information about how they go down generations if your ancestors were involved in witchcraft etc this is very true i experinced it first hand as a young child multiple generations were into seances and contacting the other world and many of us in the family met the same entity as kids in our dreams and visions

So what about the people who actually have had out of body experiences or done astral projection, and traveled to places they were not familiar with or were in environments they had never been in before?

What were the entities you met or which sort were they? How did you experience them or encounter them?

There isn't any proof, but witness testimony should not be given absolutely no weight, especially in some cases where information was gained that shouldn't have been able to be gained (I remember reading about one case where someone died in the hospital for like 6 minutes or whatever and during death, saw herself rise up out of her body and was watching what was going on, and listening. She heard conversations spoken and saw things happen and was able to describe them afterwards. Witness testimony is a good place to look if you were to ever want to try to study it further. To believe witness testimony is nothing, you need to believe that every one of them is either delusional or lying, or the story is fabricated. Which is certainly possible but it's also an assumption. We can't know for sure the nature of things and what is possible, so it's worth talking about stuff that a lot of people have experienced but for which we have not found proof.
 
Like when i saw Bileth (a known demon) for the second time. I knew it was him because he was still and inanimate in a crypt. Then over a few hours he gradually thawed out and I saw his terrible face; like a feline. The first time i was 11, this cat hologram covered in battle armor walked through the wall

Haha. (y)This guy wasn't a mummy but he was frozen (with ice-sheets over his fur) inside an erect casket - standing-up. I don't know why i even mentioned this. It probably doesn't help anyone but nowadays it seems like people want to know everything. Even visions

well, I would have to do more research to tell you exactly what category Myrrh is in.
Others report it is an opiate and eat huge crystals of it and get opiate effects.
It was apparently burned in large quantities by the ancient romans in their temples to give people a spiritual, psychedelic effect.
I think it is mildly Hallucinogenic.

Yes. I've heard that too. Drunvalo Melchizedek said astral projection can be very dangerous. He also insisted that doing it with a merkaba is the only way to do it without negative entities attaching themselves to a person. I have my doubts about his method of setting up a merkaba… I suppose.
But, again, yes. I've heard of people astral projecting and winding up with terrible illnesses that doctors can't identify. Scary stuff.

Whatever sat on my chest the last time I had sleep paralysis was a dark shadow, figure like a child, with white eyes and seemed to say something like, "You're not ready yet."

This is a Merkaba and if you are ever going to leave your body, make SURE you know what a Merkaba is and have one!
This is knowledge learned per Near Death Experience.
This is how I left my body and was protected.
My soul taught me about the Merkaba right before death.

I just don't buy this b.s about immersion into dark stuff. Obviously i astral projected before i was even 10 years old. My parents were Christian and reared me, I went to private Christian school K-12. How am i wrong

Never understood what an NDE was. I mean if you experience death while comatose, is that one? Is it rather once the person is clinically- dead, resurrected and so forth
