It was refered to as "daimon's" in their literature, Jose. That's as close as one can expect "across languages" don't you admit? This led to the eventual daemons, and then demons as western European words.

of course, all the christian theory is inspired by the Greek mythology, it was the only source of knowledge in that time. What I meant it was that by no means they have the same interpretations as entities in these two theories

I do think that I may have had an experience with demons, when I was a kid. It was very random, out of the blue, and I have no explanation for it at all. I heard that there was one time as a kid when I was about 6 or 7 that I was sleepwalking and walking around the house chanting "salvete satanas sublimis pater noster", had no idea what that meant. Had no idea that it was Latin even. Never even heard of Latin I don't think. My family had no idea what it even meant either, but then the next day my mom looked it up on the Windows 95 computer that we had. The thing was slow as fuck and barely usable honestly, but she managed to search Netscape and find a site where you could translate Latin to English. And apparently what I was chanting literally translated to "hail satan our majestic father". My family always assumed that I must've stumbled across some sort of Satanic website as there were a few times when I was on the computer while they were asleep, then somehow unconsciously started repeating something I read while sleepwalking. But honestly I don't think I did. Never had anything suspicious happen after this, so I'm not sure.

Do you speak, read, or write any Romance languages? Or did you grow up hearing them on TV in news, children's educational programmes, or in films? Or you heard or watched one of the exorcist films? Or another horror film like Damien?

Which entities have you, or people who you know experienced? How did you know if they were benevolent, or malvolent? Were any connected to Afro-Brasilian religions, or Ayahuasca? What did they do to you, or did they just observe you?

English is and has been my only language, I only had an antenna tv growing up that had local stations from upstate ny (e.g. never heard non-english languages on tv). Never watched exorcist or any other horror movies, there's never really been any sort of explanation as to how I even would've known these latin words, let alone say them while sleepwalking. And to make this even more bizarre, I've never sleepwalked before or sense. Also, if I remember correctly, those few times I was on the computer unattended I think I just played Frogger. And looked at the website for a local tv station.
