What's wrong with Lucifer? The light bearing morning star.
The Wickedest Man in the World intentionally allowed an interdimensional portal to remain open after failing to complete the Satanic Abra-Melin ritual.
The Abra-Melin is one of the sternest rituals to prepare for in occultism. The ritual was first described in The Books of Abramelin and then translated into The Sacred Magic of Abramelin by S. L. Mathers in 1899, and employed by Aleister Crowley, in 1904, as a major part of his Thelema magical system.
The prime goal of the magical operation is to obtain the Knowledge and Conversation of the magician’s Holy Guardian Angel.
The time spent in preparation is grueling. The magician is required to work from sunrise to sunset. He has to lead a complete chase life, drink no alcoholic beverages, and be scrupulously fair in all business dealings.
Once this preparation period has successfully completed, after demons have been released, the magician’s Holy Guardian Angel appears to reveal magical secrets.
Then the magician must evoke the Great Princes of Evil in the World (Satan, Lucifer, Leviathan, etc.), their eight sub-princes, and the 316 servitors which will charge previously prepared talismans.
Control over these entities and talismans will enable the magician to satisfy his earthly needs and desires.
After conjuring demons, Crowley was unable or unwilling to complete the ritual or simply decided to stop mid-stream, intentionally loosing demons upon the Our own dimension via the inter-dimensional portal he opened at Boleskine House, on Loch Ness.
Boleskine House is located on the south-eastern shore of Loch Ness, close to the village of Foyers, Inverness shire, Scotland. The mansion was constructed in the late 18th century by Archibald Fraser. The current house was constructed in the 18th century by Archibald Fraser as a hunting lodge.
The house was situated on a hillside above a graveyard, which had acquired a reputation for unusual activities long before Crowley purchased it dating back to a 10th-century Scottish kirk. Boleskine House was built over the site where a full congregation perished when their Church burned to the ground.
The backwards playing of records was advised as training for magicians by occultist Aleister Crowley, who suggested in his 1913 book Magick (Book 4) that an adept "train himself to think backwards by external means", one of which was to "listen to phonograph records, reversed".
Don't nod
Dogma: I am God
Never odd or even
Too bad – I hid a boot
Rats live on no evil star
No trace; not one carton
Was it Eliot's toilet I saw?
Murder for a jar of red rum
May a moody baby doom a yam?
Go hang a salami; I'm a lasagna hog!
Satan, oscillate my metallic sonatas!
A Toyota! Race fast... safe car: a Toyota
Straw? No, too stupid a fad; I put soot on warts
Are we not drawn onward, we few, drawn onward to new era?
Doc Note: I dissent. A fast never prevents a fatness. I diet on cod
No, it never propagates if I set a gap or prevention
Anne, I vote more cars race Rome to Vienna
Sums are not set as a test on Erasmus
Kay, a red nude, peeped under a yak
Some men interpret nine memos
Campus Motto: Bottoms up, Mac
Go deliver a dare, vile dog!
Madam, in Eden I'm Adam
Oozy rat in a sanitary zoo
Ah, Satan sees Natasha
Lisa Bonet ate no basil
Do geese see God?
God saw I was dog

You can explain the backwards playing away. Certainly without the text there, eyes closed it'd take a while to find a correspondence between the music played backwards but once you have the text it becomes more clear.

The context surrounding the Stairway to Heaven backtracking is really what changes it from a crazy coincidence to something believable for me.
The fact that Crowley was one of Jimmy Page's idols, his persona also revered by The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, and other huge bands of the time. Compounded with the fact that the decapitated and pulled apart baby dolls on the Beatles album cover for Yesterday and Today are a symbol publicly known to be associated with the Rothschilds and occult/secret societies. Not to mention the obvious association baby dolls have with children, their use by secrety societies well known. Compounded with the fact that Jimmy Page and Robert Plant describe the writing of Stairway to have happened automatically, the notes and words just coming forth. Again, with Jimmy Page having a borderline obsession with Crowley, AA, OTO, and related, even allegedly practicing magick himself. To clarify, as far I can tell not necessarily malevolently, but out of curiosity and respect for the alleged powers and benefits of doing so. Compounded by the fact that Jimmy Page bought the house that Crowley had formerly lived in, allegedly opening and failing to close a powerful spell within. The house and estate haunted by numerous deaths and misfortunes after, not to mention the misfortunes already associated with the land and adjoining cemetery dating back almost 1000 years to the burning of a church and death of it's congregation on the same spot. And on and on. Compounded by the fact that Page inscribed “Do what thou wilt. So mete it Be." on his vinyl of Led Zeppelin III, Crowley's signature phrase received from the entity Aiwass and transcribed in his The Book of Law.
Apparently Page was hired to compose the music for Kenneth Anger, film artist and Magus of the Order of the Golden Dawn who popularized Crowley within the industry, but was fired after years of dragging on and never getting any work done. After which suffering numerous injuries, the term Anger's Curse being coined, and Page's subsequent shitting on Anger in the media and then collapsing on stage due to unbearable and unexplained pain. Etc. etc.
The fact that inversion is one of the biggest symbols in occult and secret societies. It's meaning multi-faceted and immense. Backtracking an obvious and explicit inversion of soundwaves.
The fact that the real lyrics say not to worry if there's a bustle in your hedgerow, it's just spring cleaning for the May Queen. The May Queen not only the name of a poem written by Owsley, but also a reference to the ancient pagan worshipping in the month of May, as well as May holding other significant meanings for the Occult (can't remember exactly from all my reading ATM, may find later, but May is huge). The act of not worrying about a bustle, because it's just the may queen, a seeming message not to worry about anything off or wrong, don't be afraid. A subliminal message not to worry about anything, all the while saying for those that understand that it is Luciferian.
The fact that the lines in the song talk about two paths you can go down, and in the long run there's still time to change the road you're on. Obvious spiritual and occult references there.
The line in the backtracking speaking of a toolshed in which Satan made us suffer, an obvious reference to the falling of man. The fruit of knowledge. Interference with man by non-human entities using tools, ie. genetic manipulation. Etc.
I'd actually never put any thought into the backtracking before, but after last night and years of research plus hours yesterday as well, it's pretty obvious to me it's no coincidence if you know what to look for.
I don't think this obviously has anything to do with the occult whatsoever. Many, many pieces of music reference spiritual goals or themes, or advice in life. To me this statement is clearly saying you can take multiple paths in life, but you can always change the one you're on. Also, what does a toolshed have to do with anything? Is it a reference to someone else's writing or mythology regarding satan meeting someone in a toolshed? If not, why does "toolshed" mean anything in the context of this supposed statement? Also for the record the "toolshed" word is one of those I did not hear at all when I listened. There was only one statement that really sounded that way but the timing and inflection makes me believe it just so happened to sound like that.
psy997, that's very interesting, but I'm not sure what exactly you're arguing for. Could it just be a sophisticated in-joke for occultists? Or is there some nefarious shadowy group of satanists behind it that are commiting the most horrible crimes like some here seem to argue?
Look I understand, there is some sick, sick stuff going on in our world. And it's totally natural to want to make a degree of separation between yourself and "those evil people". A lot of people say (regular, non-satanic) child molesters are not even real humans and should just be put to death. Similar to that some here seem to argue that there is evil going on here that is just beyond human in scope. Sorry to be blunt, but tbh I think that is a cop out. As hard as it is to face, those most horrible crimes that you can imagine are commited by humans just like you and me. And as long as we can't accept the fact that humans can do these horrible things all on their own, no evil archons or whatever needed, we can't even begin to adress that as a problem.
Now if you are using Satan or the archons or whatever otherworldy influence as a methaphor for those situational forces created by cruel societes that bring out the very worst in a human, I can kind of see it. But it seems to be a rather misleading metaphor that is all too easy taken literally.
psy said:Basically, humanity has been subverted and made to believe we are violent, aggressive, unhappy with ourselves, needing of external anythings, and whatever else you can think of as the commonly accepted "human condition" as a way to enslave us and be used for the agenda of other higher dimensional beings.
There are different lessons to be learned at each stage of evolution and to argue that genetic manipulation and resultant increased psychopathic tendencies are false because of an existence of similar behaviors in less evolved creatures is comparing apples to oranges.
