Demerol??

Im getting some demerol and Im looking for some help with dosing. I usually blow an oc 80 once or twice a week and that works good for me, so my tolerance isnt that bad. Answers are greatly appreciated.

If you're taking it orally, 300mg meperidine(demerol) is equivalent to 10mg morphine i.m. , which is an appropriate dose for someone without opiate tolerance.

Repeated dosing of meperidine leads to accumulation of the toxic metabolite normeperidine, so this is not meant for long-term use.

Don't snort it, there's no info available on the bioavailability when insufflated, and it could be unexpectedly strong.

EDIT: I looked up your previous posts and in one post you told you've been prescribed citalopram (lexapro, was it?) The combination of demerol with citalopram can cause serotonin syndrome and is not recommended...

I dont exactly have no tolerance. Im looking for qualities equivalent to an oxy 80, can you be more specific with the dose.
And I havent been on lexapro or any ssri since the end of the summer so im pretty sure theres no reason to worry.

If you're taking opiates only twice a week, you can't have a large tolerance...

I suggest you first take 300mg demerol, and if after 1-1.5 hours later you don't feel high enough, take another 150mg. It is in the form of tablets, right?
