Opioids demerol and oxy, am I safe?

Hello all. I want to take some oxy, about 40mg. But I also used demerol today, about 250mg in total. But that was 3-5 hours ago.

Now I know mixing the two is dangerous, but am I okay in this situation? The demerol wore off long ago.

They're dangerous to combine only in that they're both opiates, and hence their effects add.

You should be fine, assuming you normally take doses of that size.

Yea I have quite the tolerance I believe. But my last dose of demerol was around 4 hours ago, would it still react with the oxy with that much of a gap in dose?
