Defeating new Oxycontin time release "OPs"?

Wassup guys, I have 4 of the new oxys, the 20mgs ones. Is their any method I can do to make them hit me faster or stronger?
 
There are probably easily over 2,000 posts on this. Please research a bit before starting threads. There are a couple very large threads in OD on the subject that you should be able to find easily - I recommend using the advanced search engine, clicking the 'single content' tab toward the top left and playing with the search options.
