I went to a reggae festival last week and remembered once again why I fucking love dubstep (the real dubstep). There was a forest with only dub and I had the best time every there. Dat bassss!

i mainly just listen to flying lotus usually his old stuff like the song 1984 and massage situation or do the astral plane. And as for straight up dubstep i like knife party specifically fire hive there original mix that might be considered by you guys to be "brostep" but i know little about dubstep i like to listen to music and not analyze it. for people who know about flying lotus do you know any artists similar to his style i absolutely love it.

Not just his dubstep though; all of his tunes are mint. I'm digging his This Too Shall Pass album.. such a great variety of music that doesn't just include dubstep and dnb- there's some downtempo and even some chilled out hiphop beats in there.
