Maybe, but you're forgetting that these resources are being commanded by a woman who's head is approximately the shape of the Ace of Clubs.

I know it's tough, but do try to keep up with the intellectual debate.
 
Much as I dislike the fuzz, I know two people who are, and they are nae bad guys. Same as the rest of us (almost). Death is not the answer, just a prolonged uprising of us decent human beings can change things. I have been assaulted by the police a couple of times due to football related incidents, more them looking for a re-action than a full scale battering. I'd love to question those guys but will never get the chance. They KNOW they were wrong.

No, it takes an immense courage to put your moral beliefs first in the face of absolute power and brutality. But that doesn't mean you can't cheer the few who do. In Auschwitz there were hardly any cases of prisoners standing up to the guards, but the few who did were remembered forever and made life worth living for the rest of the inmates.

As Gudrun Ensllin said about people who stood up to the cops, it was "morale for the humiliated and the insulted".
 
Most people might feel slightly awkward comparing the fearless of Auschwitz with a rampaging steroid-abuser in Northumbria.

Let's not loose sight of the fact he's/you're cheering a ginger cockend with a bad mohican and a severe case of small dick roid rage.

Made life worth living for another few days you mean before it was shower time?

If anything, standing up to the SS just made life even worse for everybody, the nazis were big on collective punishment don't forget - ie death camps.
 
It's not so much Raoul himself, it's more the idea of unloading a 12 bore in a cops face for simply being a cop waiting to bully a single mom.

I agree it would be better if it had been done by a guy who'se life had been destroyed by the police for possession of drugs but most of those are too cowed and afraid to do it, so Raoul is the best we've got.

I wonder who'se idea it was to release that picture? Not the police's was it?

Shame they wern't as quick to release to release the report into Blair Peach's death - proving he was clubbed to death by a cop 30 years ago.
