Death OF A God

I'm lost once again.
Numbness has converted my feelings into nothing.
I feel abandoned by this world.
It's love no longer covers my scarred body.
My God has withered away and died.
He is as weak as the pillars which hold my world up.

I attract hateful tribulations
The problems caused by myself.
I juxtapose the complications near My God.
He attempts to regain the old flame.
The fire which made him The One.
He is engulfed in this flame.
His guile has overcome him finally.
The lies finally protrude through him.
Showing the way to salvation.
They show the end
Fear has left me.
Even though it was never there.

I hear a phrase echo in time.

The dying voice of a giant
The weathered soul whimpers in pain
I feel the grip on my heart release.
My God has perished in the heat.
Hell, it seems, is hotter then he expected.

My God is only as strong as I allow.....
