To you who digs my grave dig it deep
for i want not to be deprived of sleep
chill in the air yet you still burrow
knowing to use still showing no sorrow
bed in dirt
nails in wood
soal in hell
tears on roses
the job needs finishing
the time flows by
yet there is no reason to cry
when flesh in gone
and bone is dust
physical is faded
where will i be?

I originally opened this thinking there may be some sort of allusion to David Bowie's "Please Mr Gravedigger", due to the name. Whether it was or not, i really enjoyed reading it. I makes a fresh change from the usual "i love you, you love me" poetry posted around the spot, and a change is as good as a holiday, as they say.
