so there's a rave tonight that I've been planning to go to for the past 2 weeks. I've been planing on rolling, but I'm having second thoughts because I'm seriously dreading the comedown afterwards.
Comedowns for me are usually pretty bad. If I got super clean pills, then that can be a lot more tolerable, but that's not always guaranteed of course.
From your guys experience do you find that taking more then 1 pill dramatically makes the comedown worse? It's been a long time since I haven't re-dosed on E. I'm thinking maybe that has something to do with the harsh comedowns.
Also what do you use to cope? I don't have any prescriptions laying around unfortunately - no opiates, no sleeping pills, no xanax - just alcohol and over the counter stuff.
Is there anything you guys use (non prescrip) that can help you with sleep & feeling better overall? My IDEAL comedown would be able to get to sleep (most important), and then have something when i wake to help me feel a bit better (marijuana is out of the question for me right now). I do have 5-HTP, and I find that that does help a bit. I've tried over the counter sleeping pills like dyphenhramine (or w/e) but those just make me feel way too weird. Any natural supplements, or anything at all that you guys have success with?
