DEA orders armored car companies to not do business with cannabis dispensaries

I imagine they will charge the first company that breaks these laws with some kind of dealing with proceeds of crime bullshit, sieze all the money and the armored car to boot, fine the shit out of the company and generally use intimidation tactics and exploitation of the law to get their way.

Uhm, proceeds of crime? In a state where cannabis dispensaries are legal. There's no crime there.

^ It is still illegal under Federal law, are you forgetting that dispensaries still get shut down and owners prosecuted on this basis, why would it magically be different for armored car companies?

^That is a good point, and it's probably actually what the DEA is using to bully the companies...If you knowingly transport money from a marijuana dispensary, you probably are breaking federal law still...

So it is state law, but not federal law? Am I the only one that is absolutely dumb-founded here? It doesn't even make sense. Why are people so dumb? We are being controlled by a group of elitist thugs who claim to be the law. It is our land, our country and we are not harming anyone...who are you, to do this? There are billions of us civilians, and thousands of you. Fuck off.

This is the DEA just having a cry. I can not wait until it becomes federal law. I can NOT WAIT UNTIL IT BECOMES FEDERAL LAW and half the DEA is flipping burgers down at McDonalds.

It honestly hurts to read posts like this. So you want a fellow drug user to get arrested just to somehow punish their family member that's in the DEA? I honestly cannot see the thought pattern of anything like this.

^^^You make a excellent point and I removed the post
