Wow Roose, I think this may be one of the first things we've disagreed on. I never pegged you as one for prohibition - if someone wants to use a drug, I'm not going to tell them no. Especially when the FDA goes around approving pills with much more serious and proven side effects. I see no reason it shouldn't have been legal in the same way that I don't see why cannabis is illegal in the first place.

The issue isn't that these drugs needed to go underground, it's that they didn't stay that way.

All that aside... others will replace the fallen. They're RCs, and there is no shortage of them.
 
So is RCS-4 or RCS-8 an analogue of any of the RC's that are going to be banned? Making it that they would be banned also? If so is there any RC's cannabinoids that are going to be available?
 
so many idiots like to shit on JWHs, as someone who's imo decently experienced with legal blends (ill smoke em if im not the one paying), seems a lot of potheads just dont like the idea that synthetic weed is pretty goddamn close to real weed. gets you just as high, but in a different way. the problem with the JWHs is just that its legal, so you get idiot kids who wont smoke actual weed thinking that JWH is somehow OK (while weed isnt?) and smoke a ton of it.
i tack it down to mostly inexperienced dumbasses not being able to handle their shit..cannabinoids, synthetic or otherwise have never killed anyone, i dont see how people shit their pants and think they're gonna die. I get paranoid from cannabinoids period (weed moreso than blend) but i never think im gonna die or any shit like that..
 
so THAT's why all the jwh's were half off...either way, 250 is definitely my favorite, and whether it's really an analogue of 200 will not really be determined until there is a successful prosecution.

The stuff works great for depression, relaxation, meditation with no physical side affects except maby short term memory loss. Alcohol is 1000 times more dangerous than synthetic canabinoids in my own personal experiences. The biggest drawback to smoking JWH-018 is the reduced lung capacity and I can easily see how somebody with weak lungs may be seriosly harmed from smoking anything. But hey tobbacco is smoked and it's legal and the sergeon general posts it's opionion on every pack. Synthetic canibinoids should be regulated but why should it be made ilegal?Everyone has seen the negative affects of alcohol and yet there is no legal alternative for people who choose a safer substance to use. It's just about money.
 
JWH-250 could barely be compared to any other JWH, it's a completely different chemical structure, no napthalene ring. It's not an analog of any of the other JWHs because it's almost like a completely different cannabinoid that happens to have a similar name.

my question is, what if i have an herb blend containing jwh-250 for example (which is not one of the scheduled) what happens if I get caught in possesion? Sit in jail until the lab brings it back to show its 250?

If you made the herb blend you can just put it in an herb jar or something. I don't think you're going to get arrested unless you do something that lets the cops though that that's not just a harmless herb blend and is instead a nefarious chemical stowing away in an innocent looking mixture of herbs.

But you could in theory be arrested for possession if they knew there was JWH-xxx on the herbs. I personally don't think JWH-250 should be considered an analogue to the other JWHs being made illegal, but what I think doesn't play into what the cops do. I think if they wanted to charge you for it they would regardless of whether it really seems like an analogue. I'm sure they could convince the judge and jury that it's an analogue. I doubt they'd bother with it though, that's a lot of trouble to go through for a minor drug possession charge (assuming that's what we're talking about).

Just keep your synthetic blend in an inconspicuous container that makes it look like a legal kitchen or medicinal herb or incense or something
 
I knew this would happen it was only a matter of time. Although A. there is still places online that sell sched1 substances and B. there will always be new things out there.

Best answer is just don't get caught, dogs CAN NOT sniff it. If you hide it somewhere in a car very well they can't find it because they rely on dogs pawing at the source of other drugs' smell.
 
Any idea whether the penalties for possession will be similar to those of real weed? Or is it just illegal to sell?

It'll be WAY worse than real cannabis. Cops think this is some cancer-causing brain-damaging drug while they know cannabis can be good for many people in the world.
On the other hand my favorite retailer is selling over an ounce for <No Prices - Chainer> :)

Yeah I think shops are trying to get rid of it, they still sell it, lol.

My friend offered to sell me some shit for like <No Prices - Chainer> dollars and you get like 3 blunts out of it.

Anymore specific price discussion and the thread gets closed. You all know the rules and if not glance over them, there are only a few and they are very basic and easy to find.

Obviously this shit is going to be selling for much cheaper because vendors are looking to offload ASAP.
