De-stressing without a smoke?

Op trust me . If your life was good/not-stressful you wouldn't have a desire to blaze.
Or if you did it would just be once in a while.

Like right now it's summer holidays in highschool and Im hardly blazing , when during school I smoke 4-5 times a day !

It's stress,depression, and generally coping with the shite lives we lead that makes us want to light up ad escape from this dreaded world

Not true.

And pick up meditation, seriously pretty much every aspect of life gets better with a regular practice.
 
Removing yourself from a stressful situation is one of the best ways to attack stress. Don't brood inside, go outside to a green space, if necessary take some relaxing music and a drink/bit of food you like, and just sit and watch things happen and gather your thoughts until life feels managable again :)
