i don't like the term. when i see "DDF - UB2" i know the only drug they're concerned about is meth, and the PnP thing. i don't like people who drink alcohol or smoke labelling themselves as 'drug free'. the idea that i'm somehow unsuitable for casual sex because i smoke pot is pretty irritating. i think using the term 'DDF' mentally equates people with HIV to people who get high. it's nonsense.

i don't really care for people who announce their HIV status - well, those who announce it as HIV-. bear with me. i don't care how many times you say it, i won't believe it. it makes no difference - it's still getting wrapped. people who do this normally refuse to have sex with HIV+ men.....but those are the only guys you can trust to tell you the truth. i have this principle where i never punish people for being honest when they could have lied and gotten away with it. back when i did hookups, i had no problem with an HIV+ guy - we use the same protection, nothing changes except that i know i'm not being lied to. how is it supposed to work...you chat a guy up, talk a bit, learn his interests, then when he tells you he's HIV+ you cut him off? what is the result of that behavior except encouraging people to lie? when sex is the reinforcement, that's hardcore training.

so the first D is just pointless. what's the second one for? you only fuck guys who don't use illegal drugs? why? i have a list of dead-end things for men: wearing cologne, shaving body hair being a cop or law enforcement, etc, but that's not the same category as HIV status. it just bugs me
 
Why not put this into your profiles on the sites you are on? Something like 'I don't care if you are poz, negative or do not know safer sex will happen, condoms will be used' and something like 'I love herb and other psychedelic drugs at times and having sex while on them but I am not into meth, alcohol, or coke or having sex with people on those drugs.'
